Me and my stepmom get there about 2:15, waitress comes over drink was flat so she ordered me another one, I ordered the minestrone soup which the bus boy brought out, that was the last time we seen our waitress until we ordered, the food took about 40 minutes or so to come out. My step mom's food came out first then I'm still waiting so I called the manager over because my stepmoms food was cold. Still the waitress no where in sight but outside vaping!!!! As we could see her!!! Dirty tables in the restaurant every where!! A customer does not want to see that walking in a restaurant!!! The manager remade the food which the mashed potatoes were hard as a rock!!! 30 minutes go by and again I had to call the hostess over to get the manager as no one ever came back to check on us and the food was remade!! Manager comes back and apologized as she was washing silverware as they ran out!!! A manager should be having her staff wash silverware but wait there were outside vaping!!! I'm appalled that the manager didn't even offer a desert, drink or anything on the house!!! I normally tip more than 30% not this time! The manager just stared at us about what was going on , didn't even acknowledge the fact they we had a bad experience!!! The waitress Taylor we had last week was amazing!!! Do better

Ordered a large pizza...$23. This was the worst pizza we've ever had. This is our third time trying. It was burnt, dry, the toppings were burnt and dry. We ended up having to throw it out. I'd like to get my money refunded. We will NEVER go back. Three times and your out....

The Pine hills mama mias location is so nice with the outdoor seating and expanded renovated indoor seating. However, the food quality is inconsistent. Its a 50/50 bet if the meal will be good or inedible. I hope the company can figure out how to improve the food at pinehills. In the meantime, order food from kingston or downtown.

The quahog was absolutely delicious- moist inside but with a nice baked crust on top. Cod, clams and great spice. Would definitely order again. Also the stacked eggplant was great. Nice fresh basil, good quality evo and a sweet balsamic glaze. The only thing that topped the food was the service by Hyla.?

Food is very good. in addition to Shrimp Scampi, tried Chicken Piccata, Chicken Parmesan, Chicken Marsala, and Pizza. Salad is borderline and tiny. Pizza is ok. Waitresses are not hired for their personalities. They tend to be rude to patrons. (I am always polite and tip well so that is not the reason). Makes me want to look for other restaurants where the waitresses are nice.

The salad was great! However, don't get sucked into their rewards program. It's more trouble than it's worth, some times you can get reward points, but most times you can't because of some update or change to the application. Having the server having to put your email address in each time you pay your check is insane.
